Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel and ERP systems
- Present complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
- Mentor junior analysts and cross-functional teams on financial best practices
- Support M&A activities due diligence and integration planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CPA or CFA certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
