Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and forecasting initiatives to support long-term corporate strategy.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive leadership with high accuracy.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop and manage annual operating budgets.
- Streamline financial processes and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in cash flow management and liquidity planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in corporate financial analysis or FP&A.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
