- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Develop financial models for capital allocation, pricing strategies, and market expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost structures
- Prepare board-level presentations with clear financial narratives and recommendations
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and internal audit processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost optimization
