Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial close processes and variance analysis for $50M+ corporate division
- Develop and maintain rolling 18-month financial forecasts and strategic models
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budgets and resource allocation
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives
- Support M&A due diligence and integration activities
- Mentor junior analysts and ensure SOX compliance adherence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
