Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial reporting, audits, and compliance initiatives for corporate clients
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes with 100% accuracy
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for strategic decision-making
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior finance professionals and optimize department workflows
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations for C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years in corporate finance/audit
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel (VBA preferred)
- Experience with ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or Workday)
- Proven track record in SOX compliance and financial controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent presentation skills for executive audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA preferred
- Experience in financial services or consulting industry
