Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with precision
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and SOX compliance frameworks
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for 15+ departments
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic financial planning initiatives
- Manage a team of 4 financial analysts and specialists
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Conduct financial risk assessments and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive financial management experience
- Proven expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
