Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end closing processes with 48-hour turnaround targets
- Lead SOX compliance audits and internal control frameworks
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts for 15+ departments
- Present executive dashboards to C-suite stakeholders weekly
- Optimize working capital and treasury operations
- Drive digital transformation in financial systems implementation
- Mentor 3-person finance team through performance reviews
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years corporate finance experience
- Advanced Excel modeling and Power BI visualization skills
- Big 4 audit background required
- Proven experience with ERP implementations (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong SEC reporting knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in Finance/Accounting preferred
- Experience scaling finance teams in high-growth environments
