Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with executive team on budget forecasting and strategic planning
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and treasury operations
- Drive process improvements across financial systems
- Prepare board-level financial presentations and analysis
- Serve as primary liaison for external audits and tax compliance
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate finance with 3+ in controller-level role
- CPA certification required (MBA preferred)
- Expertise in GAAP and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams
- Experience in manufacturing or tech industry preferred
