Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and audit coordination
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure SOX compliance and risk mitigation
- Lead strategic financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Manage a team of 5+ accounting professionals through mentorship and performance development
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting workflows
- Collaborate with executive leadership on corporate strategy and capital allocation
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable business insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA required
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Strong strategic planning and financial modeling capabilities
