Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive month-end and quarter-end financial close processes for 15+ business units
- Develop and implement financial controls ensuring SOX compliance and risk mitigation
- Partner with VP of Finance to drive strategic financial planning and forecasting initiatives
- Oversee $500M+ budgeting process and variance analysis for core retail operations
- Lead cross-functional teams on financial system implementations and process improvements
- Present financial insights to executive leadership and board committees
- Mentor 5+ direct reports through career development and performance management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA or MBA required
- 10+ years progressive finance experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in retail/CPG financial operations and multi-unit accounting
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, and Microsoft BI tools
- Proven track record of financial transformation and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Experience managing SOX audits and internal control frameworks
