Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes for 500+ entity portfolio
- Oversee SOX compliance and internal controls framework
- Develop and implement financial reporting automation initiatives
- Partner with C-suite on M&A due diligence integration
- Manage $2B+ budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Direct 8-person financial operations team
- Drive process optimization for 15+ global subsidiaries
Qualifications
- CPA/MBA with 8+ years in corporate finance leadership
- Expertise in Big 4 public accounting or equivalent
- Proven success with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Advanced Excel modeling and Power BI visualization
- SOX 404 compliance experience in public companies
- M&A transaction integration background
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams
- Strong stakeholder management across all levels
