Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end closing processes and deliver executive-level financial reporting
- Lead SOX compliance initiatives and internal control framework implementation
- Drive budgeting/forecasting cycles for 15+ business units
- Optimize working capital strategies to improve cash flow by 15%
- Manage ERP system upgrades (SAP implementation experience preferred)
- Present financial insights to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Lead cross-functional M&A due diligence and integration
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in corporate finance leadership
- Advanced Excel modeling and financial systems expertise (SAP/Oracle)
- Big Four audit experience or equivalent public accounting background
- Proven track record in SOX 404 compliance and process improvement
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Strong presentation skills with executive stakeholder experience
- Experience in high-growth tech or manufacturing sector
