Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end close processes and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger operations
- Develop internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning
- Lead process improvement initiatives using ERP systems
- Mentor finance staff and drive team development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate finance with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
