Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX compliance initiatives
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting for senior leadership
- Manage cross-functional relationships with operations and strategy teams
- Drive process optimization using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Mentor finance team members and develop future leaders
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA required)
- 10+ years progressive finance experience with 5+ in leadership
- Expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and financial modeling tools
- Proven track record in M&A financial due diligence
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience in public accounting (Big Four preferred)
