- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting compliance
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX 404 audit coordination
- Develop and maintain rolling financial forecasts and operational budgets
- Drive process optimization initiatives using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Manage cross-functional financial analysis projects for strategic initiatives
- Mentor finance team members through performance development programs
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years of progressive finance experience
- Expertise in SEC reporting and multi-state tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools
- Proven leadership managing teams of 5+ professionals
- Experience with M&A integration and due diligence processes
- Strong analytical skills with Big Four background preferred
