Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end close processes and ensure GAAP compliance
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for $2B+ revenue portfolio
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Manage relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies
- Mentor 5+ direct reports and drive team performance excellence
- Collaborate with business units on strategic financial initiatives
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in corporate finance leadership
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and financial regulations
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred from top-tier institution
