We're seeking a strategic Senior Financial Controller to oversee corporate accounting operations, drive financial strategy, and ensure compliance with SEC regulations. Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance oversight
- Develop and maintain internal controls for multinational operations
- Partner with C-suite on M&A transactions and capital allocation strategies
- Manage $500M+ portfolio of corporate investments and risk assessments
- Present financial insights to Board of Directors and investors
- Oversee treasury operations and banking relationships
- Lead 8-person accounting department with mentorship focus
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in public accounting/industry
- Big Four or Fortune 500 controller experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and financial modeling tools
- Expert knowledge of GAAP/SEC reporting requirements
- Proven experience managing international operations
- Strategic financial planning and M&A background
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Finance/Accounting required
