Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls systems ensuring SOX compliance
- Oversee all financial reporting packages for executive and board stakeholders
- Drive strategic financial analysis for M&A opportunities and capital allocation
- Mentor a team of 5+ finance professionals through performance development plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA required)
- 8+ years progressive financial leadership experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Proven track record managing teams of 5+ professionals
