Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and SOX compliance frameworks
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for corporate divisions
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow optimization, and banking relationships
- Drive process improvements through automation and financial system implementations
- Prepare board-level financial reports and executive presentations
- Mentor finance team members and support cross-functional strategic projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive finance experience with 3+ in controller roles
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and multinational corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing finance teams
- Immediate availability and Atlanta-based residency required
