Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with strict adherence to GAAP standards
- Direct financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives for 15+ corporate clients
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and treasury operations
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning and risk assessment
- Mentor junior finance staff and optimize departmental workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Demonstrated success in SOX compliance and internal control implementation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder reporting and presentations
