Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance oversight
- Manage financial reporting (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements)
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on budget forecasting
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend process improvements
- Oversee AP/AR operations and payroll processing
- Manage external audit relationships and tax compliance
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate finance/controller roles
- CPA certification required
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Strong GAAP and IFRS knowledge
- Proven leadership in high-growth environments
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA preferred)
