Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with accurate financial reporting
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury operations
- Collaborate with department heads on budgeting and strategic planning
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare executive dashboards and board presentations
- Mentor and develop 3-4 direct reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive financial management experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in multinational corporate environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
