Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain internal controls for SOX compliance
- Manage accounting team of 5+ professionals
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to C-suite
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Coordinate external audits and tax filings
- Implement process improvements for financial operations
Qualifications
- CPA certification required
- 10+ years in corporate finance with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in GAAP and SEC reporting
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel
- Big 4 public accounting background preferred
- Proven experience managing large teams
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
- Immediate availability for onboarding
