Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Lead strategic financial planning and analysis initiatives
- Manage treasury operations and banking relationships
- Develop internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with executive team on financial strategy and growth initiatives
- Direct audit processes and tax compliance activities
- Mentor finance team members and drive process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA or MBA required
- 10+ years progressive finance experience with 5+ in leadership
- Expertise in corporate accounting, FP&A, and financial reporting
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Experience in fast-paced tech or startup environment preferred
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders
