Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end close processes with SOX compliance leadership
- Direct financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
- Manage audit processes and internal controls implementation
- Lead cross-functional financial strategy sessions with executive leadership
- Optimize financial systems and process automation
- Mentor junior accounting staff and develop team capabilities
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in corporate finance/audit
- Expertise in financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Proven experience managing cross-functional finance teams
- Strong analytical skills with strategic mindset
- Experience in investment/private equity preferred
