Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and month-end close processes
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives
- Manage banking relationships and optimize cash flow operations
- Present financial insights to C-suite and board members
- Lead 5-person accounting team through performance management
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in corporate finance
- Big 4 or equivalent public accounting background required
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and financial reporting tools
- Experience leading M&A due diligence and integration
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in matrix environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
