Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance oversight
- Develop and implement financial controls for multi-entity operations
- Partner with executive team on strategic financial planning and forecasting
- Manage cross-departmental financial reporting initiatives
- Mentor finance team members while ensuring operational excellence
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years progressive finance experience
- Proven expertise in SEC reporting and public company accounting
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Strong leadership background in fast-paced corporate environments
- Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or MBA preferred
- Experience managing teams of 5+ professionals
