The Opportunity: We're seeking a strategic Senior Financial Controller to lead our corporate finance operations. This pivotal role combines high-level financial oversight with cross-departmental collaboration to drive organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all corporate accounting functions including month-end closes, financial reporting, and audits
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize capital allocation and risk management
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for $500M+ revenue operations
- Collaborate with executive team on M&A transactions and strategic initiatives
- Manage financial systems implementation and process optimization
- Mentor finance team members and drive continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years progressive finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in corporate financial controls and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems (Oracle NetSuite, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in complex financial modeling
- Proven leadership managing high-performance finance teams
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-suite
