Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting
- Lead SOX compliance initiatives and internal control improvements
- Develop and implement financial reporting systems for executive leadership
- Manage cross-departmental financial strategy sessions with C-suite executives
- Analyze M&A opportunities and conduct due diligence for acquisitions
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA required
- 8+ years progressive financial control experience in corporate settings
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial modeling
- Proven track record in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience managing teams of 5+ accounting professionals
