Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end/year-end close processes
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for corporate divisions
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Mentor finance team members and optimize department workflows
- Present financial reports to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and multinational financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Proven track record of process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
