Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end close processes and financial reporting
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX compliance initiatives
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across 15+ departments
- Manage cross-functional treasury and risk management operations
- Mentor 5+ finance professionals while developing departmental KPIs
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA/MBA strongly preferred
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Proven success in multinational financial operations
- Advanced Excel modeling and data visualization skills
- Strong SEC reporting and audit management background
