Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including month-end close, SOX compliance, and audit coordination
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial modeling for 500+ employees
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and automation tools
- Partner with C-suite on M&A transactions and capital allocation strategies
- Mentor finance team members and develop talent pipeline
- Present financial insights to executive leadership and board committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA required
- 8+ years progressive finance experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in SOX compliance and multinational financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems
- Strong strategic thinking with cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience scaling finance operations in high-growth environments
