- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Manage accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger
- Develop and implement internal controls for SOX compliance
- Collaborate with executive team on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations
- Oversee tax planning and compliance requirements
- Mentor finance team members and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive accounting experience in corporate settings
- CPA certification required
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams
