Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Manage financial reporting packages for executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Direct accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy and growth initiatives
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA required
- 10+ years progressive accounting experience with 5+ in leadership
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting operations and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in financial reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Proven track record in process optimization and team management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
