Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including month-end/quarter-end closings and reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives
- Manage team of 5+ finance professionals with mentorship responsibilities
- Ensure SOX compliance and implement internal controls
- Collaborate with executive leadership on M&A activities and capital allocation
- Drive process optimization through automation and technology implementation
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years progressive finance experience
- Expertise in SEC reporting and public company accounting
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Proven leadership managing teams of 5+ professionals
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with international accounting standards (IFRS)
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
