- Oversee all financial operations including month-end closes, budgeting, and forecasting
- Lead internal controls compliance and SOX audits
- Develop strategic financial models for M&A initiatives
- Manage cross-functional financial reporting for C-suite and board
- Optimize cash flow and treasury operations
- Mentor finance team members and drive process improvements
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in corporate finance
- Big 4 public accounting or Fortune 500 controller experience
- Expertise in IFRS/GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Advanced Excel modeling and SAP proficiency
- Spanish fluency required for Latin American markets
- Proven track record of leading finance teams
