Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and budgeting processes
- Lead strategic financial planning and analysis to support executive decision-making
- Manage audit processes and ensure compliance with SOX requirements and regulatory standards
- Develop and implement robust financial controls and operational efficiency initiatives
- Partner with department heads to drive data-driven business decisions and cost optimization
- Mentor finance team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- Minimum 5 years in controller role within tech or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP) and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven track record in managing complex financial operations and reporting
- Strong leadership experience with demonstrated team development capabilities
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA or Master's preferred
