Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with strict adherence to GAAP standards
- Develop and implement robust financial controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for 15+ departmental units
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Mentor a team of 4+ financial analysts and controllers
- Drive process optimization through automation and financial technology implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA or MBA required
- 8+ years progressive financial control experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks
