Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial reporting, audits, and compliance initiatives for 5+ corporate entities
- Develop and implement advanced budgeting/forecasting models driving $50M+ portfolios
- Lead month-end/quarterly close processes with <5-day turnaround targets
- Drive process optimization through automation and ERP system enhancements
- Mentor 8-person finance team and cross-departmental financial stakeholders
- Partner with C-suite on strategic financial modeling and M&A transactions
- Ensure SOX compliance and implement internal controls for emerging risks
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in corporate finance/controller roles
- Proven experience managing multi-entity portfolios and complex reporting structures
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial automation tools
- Strong background in SOX compliance and internal controls implementation
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data visualization (Power BI/Tableau)
- Track record of leading high-performing finance teams through transformation
- Experience with M&A due diligence and post-merger integration
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA preferred
