Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with precision
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and SOX compliance frameworks
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Mentor finance team members and provide strategic financial guidance
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 8+ years progressive finance experience
- Proven expertise in public accounting and corporate financial leadership
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and SEC regulations
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in regulated industries
