Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end close processes and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain internal controls for SOX compliance
- Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions
- Manage treasury operations and cash flow forecasting
- Lead budgeting and planning cycles across departments
- Collaborate with executive team on financial strategy
- Mentor finance staff and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; MBA/CMA/CPA preferred
- 8+ years in corporate finance with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with multi-state operations and tax compliance
