Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning
- Manage month-end/year-end closing processes and deliver accurate financial statements
- Drive process improvements and automation in financial systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in corporate financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience in regulated industries (finance/tech preferred)
