Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and month-end close processes
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance and financial integrity
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives
- Manage financial reporting and regulatory compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Mentor and develop high-performing finance team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in controller role
- Expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional finance initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking and executive communication skills
- Active CPA license required
- Experience in multinational corporate finance environment
