Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for $50M+ operations
- Lead internal controls compliance and SOX 404 implementations
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize financial workflows
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 8+ years corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP financial modules
- Proven leadership managing teams of 5+ professionals
- Strong background in manufacturing or agricultural industries
- Expertise in financial modeling and cost analysis
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
