Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/quarterly closes and financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives for executive leadership
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Drive process optimization in financial systems and reporting workflows
- Mentor finance team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive financial leadership experience in corporate settings
- Expertise in SOX compliance and internal control frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Strong strategic planning and business acumen
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in regulated financial services industry highly desirable
