- Manage accounting operations for 50+ employees across 3 business units
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning
- Optimize cash flow management and working capital strategies
- Lead process improvement initiatives in financial systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate finance with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and multinational tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Power BI
- Proven success in scaling finance operations during growth phases
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
