Responsibilities
- Manage month-end/year-end close processes and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Oversee internal controls and SOX compliance programs
- Collaborate with executive team on financial strategy and M&A activities
- Supervise accounting staff and optimize financial workflows
- Develop KPI dashboards and business intelligence tools
- Interface with external auditors and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate accounting/controller roles
- CPA certification required (active license)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Experience with SEC reporting and public company filings
- Expertise in financial modeling and analytical tools
- Strong leadership and cross-departmental collaboration skills
- Master's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
