Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and audit coordination
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance and financial accuracy
- Analyze financial performance trends and provide strategic insights to executive leadership
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for process optimization and system improvements
- Mentor and develop senior accountants and financial analysts
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- Proven track record in corporate financial leadership roles
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience managing remote finance teams and cross-functional projects
- MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred
