- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX compliance initiatives
- Develop and maintain robust financial forecasting models
- Manage cross-departmental budgeting and variance analysis
- Drive process automation using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Lead audit coordination with external stakeholders
- Mentor junior finance team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years corporate finance experience with 3+ in leadership
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
