Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and cost optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage internal controls and SOX compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic financial planning
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Manage banking relationships and secure favorable financing terms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA or CPA preferred
- 8+ years progressive finance experience in corporate environments
- Proven expertise in financial reporting and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial modeling tools
- Strong leadership experience managing finance teams
